Frédéric Kletz is a researcher and professor within the Center for Management Science (CGS) at MINES Paris.
As the coordinator of the Master's program "Management of Organizations and Public Policies" (MOPP) at MINES Paris, Frédéric Kletz also oversees the "Scientific Management - Organization and Performance of Enterprises" option and teaches several courses within the Civil Engineering curriculum at MinesParisTech and the Corps des Mines program.
He is also responsible for several training programs for hospital doctors, in partnership with APHP, and collaborates with EHESP for the supervision of student directors.
His research focuses on the dynamics of corporate transformation, hospital organization and healthcare systems, as well as the modernization of public management (cultural sector, healthcare sector, etc.).
